Standard models typically ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom sizes and configurations may require 4-6 weeks depending on specifications. For large hospitality projects, we recommend placing orders 8-12 weeks in advance.

Yes, we offer fully custom sizing for all our mirror series. Our engineering team can work with you to develop mirrors in virtually any rectangular dimension up to 96" x 60". Custom shapes are available for select models with minimum order quantities.

Backlit and Front-lit series come with a 3-year commercial warranty. Hotel-Spec series includes an extended 5-year warranty. All warranties cover LED components, drivers, and electronic controls against manufacturing defects.

All BELLE-MIRROR mirrors are IP44 rated, making them suitable for bathroom Zone 2 installations (areas subject to water splashes). They should not be installed in Zone 0 (inside bath/shower) or Zone 1 (directly above bath/shower).

We provide detailed installation guides and technical support for all products. For large-scale hospitality projects, we can connect you with our network of certified installation partners. Electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
